Lobster Egg Benedict: Poached egg, buttery country biscuit and traditional hollandaise.
I don't even think I need to go into details about how delicious all this food was because well, it seems pretty obvious. The Benedict bar has the option of choosing a base of either an English muffin, country biscuit, or a Belgian waffle. Toppings include smoked bacon, Canadian bacon, short rib, lobster or smoked salmon. And for the sauce you can choose between traditional or sriracha hollandaise. The breakfast mac and cheese was so cheesy and creamy, yumm. My favorite was the french toast. They serve them on a popsicle stick inside a shot glass with maple creme, creative or what?
