Ready for another brunch post?
GKB is located in the heart of Wynwood and it's a super chic little spot, described as a "Latin and Asian restaurant with a Peruvian Flair." I stopped by on a Sunday morning for brunch and I can't wait to go back and try some items from the regular menu! (I heard just about everything is delicious).

So. Much. Flavor! I loved every bite. Topped with applewood smoked bacon, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle aioli. The mushrooms were infused with chimichurri flavor, amazing.
The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the soft shell crab benedict. And thats only because I had never had soft shell crab before. I guess it didn't taste like anything I was expecting. It wasn't soft at all (lol), which is fine, it's just not something I personally liked. Everything else on that plate was great.

Poached eggs with hollandaise jalapeño served on a bun style English muffin.
Refreshing natural strawberry juice.
Guava and marscarpone stuffed French toast
(The main reason I stopped by, hehe.)
Made with bacon infused maple syrup, and crusted with cornflakes.
