Brain Freeze Ice Cream Lab - NEW MENU

I have some exciting news to share!

Starting this Friday September 1, Brain Freeze Ice Cream Lab is releasing their new menu featuring all these amazing flavors! I was invited to sample them and I can guarantee you're in for a real treat. They've teamed up with some of our local favorites, such as Fireman Derek's, Nightowl Cookies and Sweetness Bakes to bring you some unique creations.

Red Velvet² 

red velvet ice cream packed with cream cheese frosted red velvet cake from Fireman Derek's!

Sweetness!

sweet cream ice cream packed with moist tie-dye cake from @sweetnessbakes, topped with a chocolate syringe.

The antidote 

chunks of fireman Derek's guava cheesecake folded into fresh strawberry cream ice cream @fdpies

(this was the flavor I chose to take home in pint size, you know I love my guava!)

Caution caution caution

vanilla ice cream packed with caramel swirls and pieces of homemade St. Louis batter cake 

(so freaking good! I took a little of this one home too hehe)

Keylime π

classic ice cream with fireman Derek's world famous key lime pie @fdpies

The conductor

sea salt coffee ice cream + decadent dark chocolate pieces

PB&J effect

creamy peanut butter ice cream with swirls of homemade strawberry jam, topped with crispy peanuts
(this one tasted JUST like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich)

Magic bond

(I usually don't like chocolate ice cream but this stuff was GOOD! highly recommend this one)

The Einstein theory

salted caramel ice cream tossed with a secret homemade sweet and savory "Einstein" mix

Cookie catalyst

creamy vanilla ice cream packed with pieces of @nightowlcookieschocolate chip cookies and homemade chocolate chip cookie dough!
